July 12, 2021 – NMS Capital Group, LLC (“NMS”) a global private investment firm focused on private equity, venture capital and structured financing investments, announced today that it has formed NMS Infrastructure Capital Partners, LLC (“NMS Infra”), a closely held investment firm with strategic investors dedicated to infrastructure investments. It has closed on capital commitments totaling two billion dollars in partnership with NMS Special Opportunity Fund and a family office with assets in Asia and the United States.
NMS Infra will focus of identifying investment opportunities consisting of both equity and debt financing transactions within the infrastructure sector across digital, energy, transportation, power generation and renewables and real estate subsectors. Paul J. Purcell Jr., NMS Managing Director and Partner was named CEO of NMS Infra to lead the effort.
