Trevor M. Saliba

Mr. Saliba is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, a family office backed private equity investment firm established in 2010 with investments across multiple asset classes including real estate, financial and business services, infrastructure and energy, consumer products, technology and media.
Mr. Saliba is also Chairman and CEO of Saliba Group, Inc., a leading Program and Construction Management Firm. In addition, he is the Founder and Chairman of NMS Consulting, a global management consulting and strategic advisory firm comprised of a global team of over 250 professionals across 15 offices throughout the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia. From 2018 until 2023, Mr. Saliba also served as CEO of NMS Consulting.
From 2022 until 2025, Mr. Saliba served on the board of directors and as COO of Geneva/London based NFG SA, a NMS Capital Group portfolio investment company and private investment firm focused on the insurance/reinsurance, financial services and energy sectors.
Prior to this, Mr. Saliba, who began his financial services career at Morgan Stanley, enjoyed an accomplished career as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions, cross border investmenst and structured financings to public and private clients throughout the world.
During his investment banking tenure, Mr. Saliba also served as Chairman and CEO of one of the Top 10 Los Angeles based investment banks having completed more than $5 billion in transactions and oversaw its ultimate sale in 2018. Mr. Saliba has been recognized numerous times for his accomplishments in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions including the Los Angeles Business Journal recognizing him as one of the “Most Influential Investment Bankers” in its 2018 inaugural edition. Prior to founding NMS Capital Group, Mr. Saliba served as Managing Director-Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, India, Singapore) for Platinum Capital, Ltd., a London based hedge fund manager with over $800 million is assets under management and served as a principal advisor to the Los Angeles based family office advising on both public and private investments, private equity, real estate and venture capital. In his principal advisor role, Mr. Saliba assumed C-suite roles of investment or portfolio companies of the family office engaged in the construction and engineering, media, technology, manufacturing, financial services and consumer products sector.
Prior to that, Mr. Saliba worked as a staff accountant/cost engineer for Tutor-Saliba (now Tutor Perini as a result of its merger) on both building and infrastructure projects. Mr. Saliba is an alumnus of Columbia Business School. He is the former past President of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter for the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Current professional memberships include the Association for Corporate Growth – Los Angeles Chapter and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). In 2018 he became a Milken Institute Associate. He resides in Beverly Hills with his wife and twin sons.
