Mr. Purcell joined the firm in 2021 as Managing Director and Partner overseeing the Infrastructure Group. In addition, he is CEO of NMS Infrastructure Capital Partners, LLC and Managing Director of NMS Consulting, Inc. Mr. Purcell’s distinguished career in the energy sectors spans more than 30 years having held senior executive positions with firms such as The Gas Company and Constellation Energy Inc. He has overseen more than $3 billion in transactions including annual P&L responsibility for more than $300 million. Having been recognized for his private sector accomplishments, he was tapped by Governor Schwarzenegger to represent California’s trade delegation to Mexico in 2006. Mr. Purcell is a former Marine having receiving two meritorious promotions in his four-year enlistment. In addition, he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Industry Engineering graduating with honors from California Polytechnic State University Pomona.
