Dr. Moore, based in London, is a Managing Director of NMS Capital Group where he oversees the Operations Group activities for the United Kingdom. In addition, he is Managing Director, Senior Partner and Head of Europe at NMS Consulting. His experience and expertise include international strategy, corporate turnaround, transformation, market penetration, and increasing profitability. Prior experiences include leading business transformation teams at both KPMG and PwC, and being sponsored by the UK Government to manage initiatives that he designed to secure the future of enterprises in the SME sector in the UK. His strategies resulted in saving roughly 135 UK businesses. Dr. Moore has worked with a wide range of companies including Dunlop, The Carborundum Company, Apple, Silver Cross, Hunterprint plc, Costain, TransManche Link (Channel Tunnel) and others. Dr. Moore also was recognized with an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire). He is also a published author and has received an honorary doctorate from the University of Loughborough as well as two Beacon Fellowship Awards.
