Mr. Llewellyn-Jones serves as Managing Director and Partner of NMS Capital Group overseeing the firm’s European activities advising across the firm’s investment platform as well as serving as the Chief Investment Officer of the firm’s Europe focused joint venture, Harlech Capital Management. He has 25 years of financial markets experience at senior levels with leading financial institutions such as NatWest Markets, GE, Merrill Lynch, ING and RBS within their Capital Markets and Corporate Finance divisions. He served as a Director of the Loan Market Association in London and oversaw the creation of the secondary loan market in Europe and the distressed loan trading market in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has particular experience in the FinTech and TMT sectors having headed GE’s leveraged and vendor finance syndication unit in New York. His recent experience is related to fund vehicle creation, special asset classes and fund structuring and he served as a Director of an Isle of Man structured vehicle until 2018, and advisor to Jersey private fund vehicle until 2015. He holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from Middlesex University.
