Operations Group

The NMS Capital Group Operations Team plays an integral role in our overall approach to value creation. Its core mission is to enhance the value of both targeted and existing portfolio companies, with the aim of identifying and delivering sustainable operational performance. We pursue this mission through four key areas:

  • Assessment of risks and operational improvement opportunities during the due diligence evaluation process
  • Identify hidden or uncovered value and savings while maintaining or improving efficiencies
  • Identify and deliver meaningful and sustainable operational change and transformation within the portfolio company
  • Identify and leverage the scale and scope of the NMS portfolio to develop programs that can benefit all investments

The NMS Capital Group Operations Team is complemented by NMS Consulting, a global management consulting and strategy firm. NMS Consulting boasts a team of more than 250 professionals across 15 offices located in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
